Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you full authority over your email boxes and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-use user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Moreover, you can redirect mails from one e-mail box account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and secure your e-mail box accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email box accounts against junk messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming electronic mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other electronic mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you want to redirect email messages from, then specify the target mailbox and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in a minute.

The Email Manager will also enable you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest.
